I used your online store because I could not find the various parts I needed in any of the box hardware stores. I only wanted to put a gate into an existing chain link fence so although my project was very limited I could not find matching parts to the existing commercial grade pipe sizes in the stores. Ordering online, for the more savvy contractors, will cut down on their travels and job planning.

I was in need of specific size items to repair a fence for a client after a storm. After trying the box stores and local hardware stores, I found the sizes were not common. I then began a Web search. I found the fence companies would only ship in bulk. I needed only a small amount of various items. When I visited your website I found the site easy to navigate and I could order as few as 1 of any item. You carried items that I had trouble finding on other sites.The process was one of the easiest I have seen in awhile. The order was recieved in a short time.
